Lynn is a California Native, raised in Ventura County. Lynn graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Interior Design. After Lynn received her degree in San Francisco she relocated to Santa Barbara where she worked for a national home builder and luxury bath and surfaces company in Montecito. She worked alongside local architects and contractors representing properties encompassing major renovation projects to historical architectural properties and significant luxury estates.

Lynn has also worked as an Account Manager and Tradeshow Event Coordinator in the Pharma industry managing multiple client accounts including Amgen, Mylan Pharmaceuticals and NanoString Technologies. She was responsible for leading clients through the creative, production and development process, managing million-dollar budget expenditures. Her many years working in the design, construction, and project management industry credits her with the invaluable ability to negotiate and assist sellers in preparing their homes for sale as well as in helping buyers visualize a property's full potential.

She is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor by the National Association of Realtors providing her the expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home, as well as earning her Green Designation, enabling her to market and sell resource-efficient, high-performance properties.
